Managing everyday life can be challenging at first in a new country or location. The Property Perceptions Settling In service gives you the help you need to overcome some of the more practical difficulties involved in relocating and turning that new house into your new home.

I can also provide information on places to visit and local groups or societies which may interest you. I will explain how our public transport system works, including the different ticket types and fares - all useful knowledge to make getting around a little easier. In other words, everything you need to help make the most of your time and help you settle into your new neighbourhood quickly and smoothly

You'll also want to know about our National Health Service and how to find the right clinic, dentist, or private doctor, as well as how to cope with a medical emergency - especially at night. I can guide you through all this. And if you need a good veterinarian or cleaning lady, I'll provide introductions there, too.
